Through Valion Health, a team of experienced professionals are here to guide you in the right direction and help you better understand your mental health and the support you may need. Mental Health Connect offers discreet and confidential support from the comfort of your own home.

We take the time to understand what you’re going through, create a personalised care plan, and connect you with services that are right for you. Depending on your needs, you may be supported by a range of professionals, such as Nurses, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Health Coaches, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists, so you’ll have expert support every step of the way.

  • Enjoy the flexibility of virtual tools, so you can receive support from wherever you are, at your convenience

How does it work?

Step 1: Complete the online questionnaire and book an intake assessment call, or request a call back
Step 2: Meet with a Mental Health Nurse to explore what support might help and guide your next steps
Step 3: Transition into the appropriate care pathway based on your symptom severity and support requirements
Step 4: Based on your care pathway, you will have regular sessions with your selected allied health team

Tailored care pathways available

  • Coaching Program: 8–16 week coaching program led by a psychologist. Build confidence, learn practical skills, and improve your wellbeing with guided sessions and educational tools.

  • Online Therapy: Start therapy online within 3 days with a psychologist matched to your needs. Sessions are easy to book, manage and attend virtually.

  • Expert Assessment: Meet with a psychiatrist to review your diagnosis and treatment plan. They can adjust medication if needed and work with your care team to make sure you’re getting the right support.
